Steps To Booking The Hall
The hall is available for hire for a range of activities. We have one large room and a small separate kitchen (dimensions).
In 2019 an AudioVisual (AV) system and adjustable lighting were installed. There are 10 rectangular tables (180cm x 75cm) and 10 square tables (70cm x 70cm), 60 soft chairs plus 30 plastic chairs. Hirers are responsible for setting up and cleaning the hall after the event including the removal of all rubbish. Parking: While the hall may seat approx. 60 people, parking is limited at the hall. Please take this into consideration when booking. There is room for approximately 18 cars with limited parking on the road outside the hall. (if you have any difficulties, contact the Bookings officer on bookings@llansannor.org.uk or 07843 730774) By submitting your details you are agreeing to the LCHA including your event in The Llansannor Community Hall on line calendar and to the LCHA retaining the Personal Information entered on the booking form in the LCHA databases for the purpose of processing the booking and in accordance with the LCHA Privacy Statement Step 4 : The Bookings Officer will advise you by email (or otherwise if specifically requested) if the dates you require are available, and the payment information.
NOTE : Bookings are NOT confirmed as firm and entered in the diary until such time as the agreed payment has been received by the Bookings Officer. A booking may be cancelled if the balance of the booking fees are not received by an agreed date.

Scale of Hire Charges

Members of the LCHA 100 Club : £10 per hour
Ad hoc bookings :
Hourly Rate £12.50
Part day rate (any 4-hour period between 8am -11pm) £50
Full Day rate (8am-6pm) £100
Full day and evening rate (8am-11pm) £150
Rates for long term regular bookings are negotiable and will depend on the type of activity.
Charges for commercial activities on discussion.
Children’s parties (up to 10 years)
£45 up to 4 hours. Includes time to set up and clean up afterwards. Sorry, but no bouncy castles/inflatables.
Evening parties* (for up to 60 people) between 6pm – 11pm.
£100 - includes time to set up.
Parties need to finish, with all music turned off, by 11pm and the hall cleaned and locked by 12 midnight – alternatively time can be arranged for clean up next day.
The hall does not have an entertainment license and any license required for alcohol or entertainment is the responsibility of the hirer and needs to be arranged with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
*Deposit of £250 may be required

- All day on the day of the wedding until 11pm. Music to be turned off at 11pm.
- Until 4pm on the day after your wedding day for clearing up.
